Serves 4 quarter pound burgers
Estimated Cooking Time: 20 minutes

- 1 lb ground chicken

- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Buffalo sauce (I use Noble Made, medium)

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
- Heat a cast iron skillet or the grill over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray
- Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine with your hands
- Form 4 patties and set aside
- Place the patties in the skillet/on the grill once heated. Cook for about 4 minutes each side
- Once cooked, remove from the heat, place on a bun, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

Do you ever just crave some buffalo chicken but you don’t want the mess or wings?
Because I have.
I made this last night, and my husband just loved it (I think this is one of his new favorite experiments). With the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning cooked in the patty, you get all of the flavor with really none of the mess!
This burger is juicy, packed with flavor, and takes next to no time to put together. I added some lettuce, red onions, extra buffalo sauce, dijon mustard, ketchup, and some pepper-jack cheese, and it was phenomenal.
If you give it a try and like it, give a thumbs up and leave a comment to let me know what you think!
